As of the timing of this update, the Backerkit surveys have been sent out to everyone who backed the Kickstarter campaign!
So for everyone who backed us on Kickstarter, please check your EMAIL for the BACKERKIT SURVEY! We would certainly appreciate a speedy response, as without the backerkit survey being answered, we won't be able to send you your rewards!
Please answer your survey within a month's time or so (Deadline is around December 4th) so that we can accurately count the amount of orders, and this is the date we finalise your orders and lock them in, charging your cards. Cancellations or order changes past the deadline will not be accepted, so do give it some thought!
Payment is also accepted either via Credit Card or Paypal.
If you are an existing backer, please use the Backerkit survey sentto youand NOT THE PRE-ORDER STORE!

Just a simple, more or less informational update for you guys today.
Failed Payments on Kickstarter
We found that a few backers of the project seem to be having payment issues with the card they used.

Backerkit smoke test...What exactly do we mean by that?
Well, how it works is that, before we can send the Backerkit survey out to every backer, we are required to do a 'Smoke Test' to confirm there are no problems with the content of the survey. As such, we will begin the test before the 15th and approximately 5% of backers from every pledge level will be sent a smoke test survey.
This survey is the same as the one that will be sent to everyone else, so in a way, you're basically just getting it early. If you do get it, we would certainly appreciate a speedy response!
Everyone else should get their survey by tomorrow or the 11th (JST).
Oh yes, and the pre-order store also goes live on the same date as the actual survey send date!

A huge thank you to each and every one of you amazing fans out there! The VenusBlood HOLLOW Fandiscs Localisation Project is a success! We even managed to hit all 3 Stretch Goals!
We will certainly give it our all to deliver to all of you fans the best possible game(fandiscs) we can. We'll also post periodic updates regarding our progress on the localisation, so please, rest assured on that end!
Now then, Backerkit. Surveys should be sent out soon, perhaps around the 10th or 11th of this month.
As this is a mini Kickstarter, the deadline we are setting for the surveys and pre-order store this time around is December 4th (JST), so basically only about a month or so.
As for the pre-order store, some pledge tiers will not be available (specifically those that only offer a single tangible reward), but every add-on listed on the KS page will be available.
The pre-order store and add-on purchases should accept Paypal payments as well, but if anyone out there requires special assistance, feel free to contact us.
tl;dr: For backers, just wait for the survey. For non-backers, use the pre-order store that will be released in future to buy your digital or physical goods.
